Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship

The foot and ankle fellowship at the University of Colorado Hospital and Steadman-Hawkins Denver is designed to educate the fellows in all aspects of the management of orthopedic lower extremity conditions including nonoperative and operative treatment. The fellow is assigned specifically to foot and ankle staff physicians in a one-on-one apprenticeship style. They will evaluate both preoperative and postoperative patients in the clinic setting, participate in surgical procedures according to their level of skill and experience, and manage the inpatient needs of service patients. This arrangement promotes the highest quality and continuity of patient care.
