We are excited to invite you to participate in a series of virtual focus groups designed to help shape the development of 2027 fiscal year (FY27) programs at The Orthotics and Prosthetics Foundation for Education and Research.
As we look ahead, we are committed to ensuring that our funding programs and initiatives are evidence-informed, community-driven, actionable, and measurable. Your insight is essential to building programs that meaningfully support the evolving needs of the OP&P communities.
Purpose
To gather targeted feedback that will directly inform FY27 program development across research, education, and professional awards programming.
All actionable insights generated from these discussions will be shared transparently with the broader OP&P community in June 2026. To ensure all voices are heard, additional opportunities for contribution will be available for those unable to attend a live session.

- 60-minute guided discussions

We are convening separate sessions for the following stakeholder groups; you may participate in more than one focus group:
- O&P Students: April 21st 12-1pm (CST) | April 23rd 4-5pm (CST)
- O&P Residents: April 20th 4-5pm (CST) | April 22nd 12-1pm (CST)
- O&P Residency Directors: April 10th 12-1pm (CST)
- O&P Education Program Directors: April 17th 12-1pm (CST)
- O&P Assistants Stakeholders: April 9th 4-5pm (CST)
- O&P Technician Stakeholders: April 8th 4-5pm (CST)
- Pedorthic Education Program Directors: April 8th 12-1pm (CST)
- OP&P Researchers and PhD Students: April 7th 4-5pm (CST) | April 8th 8-9am (CST)
- Clinical Orthotist and/or Prosthetists: April 21st 8-9am (CST)
- Clinical Pedorthists: April 17th 4-5pm (CST)
Participants may register for more than one session if relevant to their role. Space is limited to ensure productive dialogue.
