Behind the Scenes: From Concept to Customer
In this presentation we'll peek behind the curtain and explore the processes Dr. Comfort uses to design new footwear based on boots-on-the-ground input, build prototypes, wear test, refine and finally produce the shoes and fulfill orders. We'll also look at the (sometimes perplexing) PDAC approval process. Presented by Brian Lane, C.Ped, Director of Education for Dr. Comfort.

"Behind the Scenes: From Concept to Customer" is a Lunch & Learn Webinar presented by Brian Lane, C.Ped. Lunch & Learn Webinars are a non-credit informal discussion group focused on technical questions, business strategies, tips, tools...just about everything to use and assist you in your practice.
In this presentation we'll peek behind the curtain and explore the processes Dr. Comfort uses to design new footwear based on boots-on-the-ground input, build prototypes, wear test, refine and finally produce the shoes and fulfill orders. We'll also look at the (sometimes perplexing) PDAC approval process.
These sessions are complimentary for members but registration is required. Non-member price is $35.

| Presenter: Brian Lane, C.Ped |
 Brian is the Director of Education for Dr. Comfort. Mr. Lane joined Dr. Comfort in February, 2009, after serving as the Director of Pedorthics for the Ankle & Foot Centers of Georgia. Brian also has several years of experience as an elementary school teacher and is a veteran of the National Guard.
