Good news for New York State Medicaid Providers!

To the PFA Membership:

The NY Chapter of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists is sponsoring a NYS Medicaid Parity Bill. “The parity bill is meant to not allow any Medicaid MCOs pay less than 100% Medicaid rate”.

It means DME providers that bill NYS Medicaid providers cannot get paid less than the full rate.
