CLINICIAN - PEDORTHIST - Coral Springs, FL

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Hanger Inc., is searching for a Clinician - Pedorthist for our Florida location. Pedorthics combines a unique blend of clinical and technical skills. As our pedorthist, you will collaborate with physicians in the evaluation and analysis of a patient's need for pedorthic services; recommend treatment options to physicians when necessary. You will also meet with physicians, case managers and other referral sources to review pedorthic services and capabilities; develop and enhance business relationships to identify and secure ongoing and future sources or referrals.

Qualifications:
Preference will be given to applicants currently credentialed as a pedorthist through ABC or BOC, but applications will be accepted from those holding a Certificate of Completion from an NCOPE approved pedorthic program. The 1000 hours of work experience can be completed on the job. Licensure is not required.
